I love the way Vincent and Lucrecia speak to or about each other. Here are some quotes relating to them from both FFVII and DoC. Some are edited for length.

FFVII

These are from the cutscenes where you first meet Vincent and where you find Lucrecia.

Lucrecia: Vincent...won't you please tell me?
Vincent: What?
Lucrecia: If Sephiroth is still alive? [...] Please Vincent, tell me...
Vincent: Lucrecia...Sephiroth is dead...

Cloud: Wasn't Jenova Sephiroth's mother?
Vincent: ... He was born from a beautiful lady. That lady was Lucrecia. ... Beautiful...Lucrecia.

Vincent: I couldn't stop her. That was my sin. I let the one I loved, the one I respected most, face the worst.

Vincent: If she is happy then...I don't mind.

Vincent: This body is...the punishment that's been given to me...I was unable...to stop [Lucrecia]. All that I was able to do was watch...That is my punishment...

Dirge of cerberus

Throughout the game, Vincent has 'dream' conversations with Lucrecia (think the way Aeris 'visits' Cloud in Advent Children). Some of the quotes also come from his flashbacks.

Vincent: So...we meet again...Lucrecia.
Lucrecia: I'm so sorry.
Vincent: Why? I'm the one who should apologize.

Vincent: Are you... Are you sure this [experiment] is what you really want?
Lucrecia: Am I sure? Am I sure!? If this only concerns me, then yes, I am sure!
Vincent: I just...

Vincent: All I did was watch. I didn't even try to stop her. ... That was my sin. And this...this... is my punishment.

Vincent: I...I saw you again. It was the place we first met. But you were...no. I'm the one to blame. I couldn't stop you that day. I just...

Lucrecia: You must fight [Chaos]. I don't want you to die...

Vincent: But I never blamed her. All I wanted was to see her smiling face. But after that day, the light left her heart.

Lucrecia: You had his eyes. I didn't...I didn't want to remember. I pushed you away, but...now I realize... I never wanted to lose you.

Lucrecia: Things fade with time, as do many things in this world. But there are some things that we cannot let disappear. I finally... I finally realized my true feelings. Even if you may never understand them. ... I've made too many mistakes. And I've hurt you so, so much. Why did I do what I did? I'm so sorry...but I'm so happy you survived.
